Digests

I am a news junkie and for the life of me I could not find a decent app that would allow me to subscribe to the feeds that I want and just let me listen to them without funneling me down an algorithmic rabithole to grab more and more of my attention.

I want to read when I want to read and I want to read it from sources that I want to. I don't need fancy stuff, just a nice readerview for articles and I am good.

That's my goal with Digests. It is public source, so you can check it out for yourself if you're interested. It doesn't have any trackers beyond Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for helping me identify some bugs. I am working to make them optional so you can opt into them if you want.

It is still very much in Alpha stages but the core reading and Podcast experience exists.

It is available both on Web and Windows as a native app.
